Group visit guidelines
We look forward to having you on our campus! To ensure that you and your students receive all that Seattle Pacific has to offer, please review the following information and govern yourself accordingly.
- We request at least three weeks’ advance notice when scheduling a visit to Seattle Pacific.
- Be sure to reserve bus parking on campus, if needed, when filling out the group visit request form. If parking is not reserved, buses will be required to find street parking during your visit.
- We require one chaperone for every 10 students in attendance.
- We recommend allotting an extra 30 minutes of travel time in your schedule to allow for traffic.
- No less than one week prior to your visit, send a final head count of all students attending. We will use this number to schedule tour guides, as well as secure classroom space. We are unable to accommodate an increase in head count of more than 10 with fewer than one week’s notice.
- Inform us in advance if anyone in your group will need special accommodations.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit to campus, please give us at least five business days’ notice. If we do not receive proper notice, you may be billed for any costs associated with your scheduled visit.
