Study Abroad 101 Info Sessions

Students learn basics about SPU’s many study abroad programs, including the different types, financial aid, and how to apply.


Faculty Artist Series Concert

With SPU guitar faculty Julian Catford and Argentine virtuoso guitarist and composer Hernan Reinaudo. A program of Tango, Valse, Choro, and more — featuring classic and original compositions, with a few surprises. Free and wheelchair accessible.


2019 STEM Mega Meet-Up (Career Fair)

Eaton Hall and Otto Miller Hall

A casual gathering of employers in science, technology, engineering, and math is part career fair, part networking event. Students will meet professionals, learn about the work they do, and possibly find a job or internship. Students in all majors are welcome.

Jazz/Percussion Concert

Tuesday, November 5

First Free Methodist Church, 3200 Third Ave. W.

A co-produced event with the Jazz Ensemble led by pianist Dan Kramlich, and Percussion Ensemble led by percussionist Dan Adams. This concert features highlights of modern percussion music and jazz repertoire in a multitude of styles from traditional, be-bop, and contemporary styles. Free and wheelchair accessible.


Chamber, Concert, and Women’s Choir Concert

Join directors Ryan Ellis (Chamber and Concert choirs) and Beth Ann Bonnecroy (Women’s Choir) for an evening of choral music. Free and wheelchair accessible.
