Born and raised in Aloha, Oregon, Amanda Stubbert graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 1995 with a double major in theatre and psychology. Already liking what she saw here, Amanda began working for SPU right after graduation, directing the University Players touring group, booking gigs for them and other SPU groups performing off campus.
After taking a break to raise two daughters, she returned in 2013, landing in Undergraduate Admissions, where she put her organizing skills to good use as the assistant director for campus experience and events. In 2015, she traded prospective students for alumni, and is now assistant director for alumni and parent relations, where she coordinates engagement and campus events.
What does she enjoy most about being part of the Alumni and Parent Relations team? “Having myself and my family as a ‘client’! I love planning fun, interesting, and creative new ways for my fellow alums to connect with and benefit from our alma mater!”
Amanda, her husband, Corbett Stubbert ’97, and two daughters (future Falcons!) reside in Seattle.
