To live on campus during the summer, you must be a continuing residential student and be enrolled for either Summer Quarter or Autumn Quarter. If space is available, graduating seniors are also eligible. Applications are reviewed by Student Financial Services and Residence Life for approval before assignments are made.
Summer Housing residents are required to contract from the end of Spring Quarter until Autumn Quarter begins.

If you have an outstanding balance on your student account at the end of the school year, you must receive approval from Student Financial Services before you can be assigned to summer housing. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy, so be sure to provide enough time to work through any financial issues prior to the application deadline.

Check-in and check-out dates
Summer Housing check-in and check-out times will be determined early spring quarter.
Canceling an application
To cancel a summer-housing application, send a written notice via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your cancellation is received after the deadline, you will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
