As director of research, Dr. Dana Kendall coaches students to become informed consumers of existing Industrial-Organizational literature and is anticipating facilitating their growth into knowledgeable investigators. She is excited about the potential for SPU I-O students to make positive changes in the ways organizations function and in the welfare of the individuals those organizations comprise.
In her free time, Dr. Kendall likes to read from a wide variety of social science topics, including history, economics, philosophy (especially epistemology), sociology, and theology. Her greatest passion is gathering and sharing the kinds of knowledge that serve to build bridges of commonality, healing, and connection with others. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and pet parrot.
