  • Falcon Wins National Title

    Gymnast Darian Burns won the gold medal in the all-around competition and two silver medals in individual events at the recent USA Gymnastics Collegiate Championships. With one more year to compete, she has now won 10 All-America certificates and two national titles.

  • Introducing a new podcast

    SPU Voices podcast is dedicated to telling the inspiring and compelling stories of Seattle Pacific community members. The first three podcasts feature Professor of Music Stephen Newby talking about his personal journey of reconciliation; alumnus Bobby Martin and his organization helping young men leave gangs; and alumna Cami Ostman, author of the memoir, Second Wind: One Woman’s Midlife Quest to Run Seven Marathons on Seven Continents.

  • Seattle Pacific Offers Scholarship to Art Institute Students

    Seattle Pacific University is offering a special scholarship for students leaving the Art Institute of Seattle, which closed on Friday, March 8.

  • New Transfer Promise for Seattle Community College Students

    Beginning in 2020, Seattle Pacific University will offer 50 percent off tuition for eligible community college students in the City of Seattle’s new Seattle Promise program. SPU is the first university to announce a direct pathway from community colleges to enrollment.
